Delivery Destinations & Timelines
 
We ship internationally to all major regions. Please allow the following timeframes (processing + shipping):
 
- United States & Canada: 5–14 business days (processing: 1–2 business days)

- European Union: 7–14 business days (processing: 1–2 business days)

- Rest of World: 10–21 business days (processing: 1–3 business days)
 
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs delays or public holidays—we’ll keep you updated if there are any changes.
 
Shipping Fees
 
- United States: Free shipping on orders over $50; Standard shipping: $4.99

- Canada: Free shipping on orders over $75; Standard shipping: $8.99

- European Union: Free shipping on orders over €50; Standard shipping: €9.99

- Rest of World: Flat rate shipping: $12.99 (no free shipping threshold at this time)

We understand that healing is personal—and your jewelry should resonate with you. If your wooden piece doesn’t feel like the right companion, we offer flexible returns and exchanges, no questions asked.
 
Eligibility
 
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (to preserve their natural aroma and condition)

- Custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless defective
 
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
 
1. Send an email to soulwood.com@gmail.com with:

- Your order number

- Reason for return/exchange (optional—we just want to grow!)

- Whether you’d like a refund, store credit, or exchange

2. Ship the item back to us—once we receive and inspect it (3–5 business days), we’ll process your request:

- Refunds: 5–7 business days to your original payment method

- Exchanges: We’ll ship your new piece within 1–2 business days

- Store credit: Issued immediately, valid for 1 year

If your wooden jewelry’s aroma fades or you have concerns about its condition, please reach out—we’re happy to share care tips or offer a replacement if needed. Your healing journey deserves to be supported, always.

- Q: Do you cover return shipping costs?
